This workshop isn’t a cookie cutter approach where I throw facts, data, and science at you, because behavior change theory repeatedly tells us that more knowledge doesn’t result in new habits and behaviors. Instead, my workshop consists of interactive, thought-provoking exercises to bring more awareness and intentionality to one’s healthy habits resulting in lasting behavior change.

My Story
While I’ve earned professional achievements, those didn’t come without a price. I spent years pursuing success while unknowingly sacrificing my health. Promotions & accomplishments were prioritized over healthy eating, sufficient sleep, exercise, & mental health breathers. I climbed the ranks but after years of taking my health for granted, my body finally screamed back that it couldn’t go on like this. Mentally drained, emotionally exhausted, & physically wore out, several health challenges appeared. After years of little progress, I added a coach to my wellness team & experienced the power of coaching to support my overall wellbeing. I believed so much in coaching that I pivoted careers to become a National Board Certified Health Coach.
